Before installation, the flooring should be acclimated to the room temperature for at least 72 hours. The subfloor should be clean, dry, and level with a tolerance of no more than 3/16 inch over 10 feet. The flooring should be installed perpendicular to the floor joists or on a diagonal for a more decorative look.
Our engineered hardwood flooring is covered by a limited residential warranty for a period of 25 years and a limited commercial warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, subfloor preparation, or maintenance, or damage caused by natural disasters, excessive moisture, or extreme temperature changes. It also does not cover scratches, dents, or wear and tear caused by normal use.
To make a warranty claim, contact the retailer where the flooring was purchased or contact us directly. Proof of purchase and installation date will be required. We reserve the right to inspect the flooring and determine the validity of the warranty claim.
This warranty is the exclusive remedy and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
